中文摘要 2018年2月，习近平总书记来川视察时指出：“四川是产竹大省，要因地制宜发展竹产业，发挥好蜀南竹海等优势，让竹林成为四川美丽乡村的一道风景线。”为此，宜宾市正集全市之力，着力打造“中国竹都”。文章基于信息化时代和文化自信的背景，提出3点建议：立足本土化，做强竹酒、竹笋和竹纸3篇大文章；精耕竹文化，实现竹一、二、三产融合发展；依托信息化，实现竹产业产前、产中、产后良性循环。

英文摘要 In February 2018, when he made an inspection visit to Sichuan, President Xi Jinping stressed:Sichuan is a province with abundant bamboo. It should develop bamboo industry with an eye to the local condition and give a play to the advantage of bamboo sea in southern Sichuan, turning bamboo forest into a scenery of beautiful countryside in Sichuan. Now, Yibin City spares no effort to create the city as China Bamboo City. The paper therefore proposes 3 suggestions in the context of informational era and culture confidence, i.e., developing the three industries of bamboo liquid, bamboo shoot and bamboo paper with the focus on the local characteristics, promoting the integrative development of the primary, secondary and tertiary bamboo industries with the stress on the bamboo culture, and achieving the virtuous cycle of bamboo industry based on the informationization.
